Charity Lukes Wings Fashion Takes Flight

I was happy to help photograph Lukes Wings 3rd Annual Fashion Takes Flight at Longview Gallery in Washington DC. Lukes Wings is a charity fundraiser to help pay for families to visit their injured military relatives in the hospital. The event included cocktails and open bar, silent auction and an exciting glamorous runway fashion show modeled by volunteers and our beautiful servicemen and women. The MC 's included Angie Goff of WUSA 9 News and founders Fletcher Gill and Sarah Wingfield. This good cause was a huge success and raised an estimated $30-40,000 to help our injured soldiers be with their families. There were various sponsors including an Aston Martin dealership and Miller's Fur. The afterparty was at Tattoo lounge in DC. And you can't forget the various makeup artists, stylists and other volunteers including the gazillions of paparazzi that was there (shout out to Michael, Richard and Nakeva).
